Comments/Directions: The St. Louis-San Francisco Depot is located at 303 Moran Street in downtown Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The building was constructed in 1928 and is sited adjacent to the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad right-of-way.. The St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad line has been abandoned in Poplar Bluff and the tracks have been removed. The National Register Listed building is presently occupied as a railroad museum. The St. Louis-San Francisco Depot is a one-story Spanish Mission style building.
