DENVER RAILS PICTURE OF THE DAY FOR 12/01/2025
No. 304 originally was a coal burner, built in 1906 by American Locomotive Company, then converted into an oil burner in 1929. It served as a freight locomotive, on the main line and branches and then as a switcher on the Wichita Valley until retirement in 1955 (to Wichita Falls' Rotary Park). It came to the museum in 1997. http://www.wfrrm.com/fwd304.html
